Let me just say that I ordered these and within 5 days they were here I started these on July14th 2022 and as of today Sept 25 2022 I m down 31lbs It s not a miracle pill but it does curb your appetite Just as with all diets you have to do the work I also do lazy keto in conjunction with the pill I will continue to take forever how long it takes to rid the pounds Good luck to all

This is an excellent product I first bought the multi buy saver pack of 3 2 free with an advana cleanse I noticed a very slight change but my body did feel lighter and curbed my appetite I am not into workouts so wasn t expecting any quick fixes but after 2 months i weighed myself and saw i lost 1Kg thought good enough as slow n steady will win the race so again ordered another multi-buy pack with the add on of the advana cleanse and take them together so far going good in 3 months i lost 2 1 5 kgs and dint put on any weight back yet so Im a happy bunny

I absolutely love PhenQ I have been using the product since last September so about 8 or 9 months I do not think about food constantly I was able to lose inches which to me is more important than actual weight I am 5 2 and about 155lbs I wear a medium size pant Life is good
