Having to have blood drawn often my experience with Phlebotomy services has been amazing I choose to drive an hour each way instead of using local services that either cancel appointments or are not gentle getting a needle in my arm

Outstanding service
On the day I my sample was taken Royal Mail were on strike Phlebotomy Services were concerned that this would result in delayed results and so arranged for the sample to be driven to the testing site which was some distance away by a family member They emailed me the result later that same day That s outstanding service

Friendly professional and welcoming
Had my first medicheck blood draw here yesterday the nurse was so lovely and welcoming as was the receptionist Easy access and parking available No pain or nasty bruise

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish Had my bloods taken on the Friday and the results were emailed to me on the Saturday Liz was very informative and answered all my questions Will definitely be using again 5 stars all round Thabk you

Professional friendly service
On time professional friendly a great service all round They came to my Mum s flat at their retirement village so it was really helpful as her mobility isn t good The test was a fasting test and they were really flexible about coming early in the morning too

Efficient professional and kind
I met Jayne on Wednesday armed with a Melisa testing kit to have bloods taken for metal sensitivity She was welcoming professional and very kind I didn t get to meet Liz who had so efficiently made all the arrangements because she was on holiday I would 110 recommend this practice to anyone

The staff were really helpful on the run up to the visit and were so friendly and kind while we visited My daughter was pleasantly surprised at how pleasant the experience was despite giving them her blood Thank you

Excellent and efficient
First time visiting Medichecks customer and it was a great experience very easy to park arrived a few minutes early Becky and Liz were great really friendly and the whole thing was very efficient I arrived a few minutes early and there was no waiting around Will definitely be coming back in future

This is a great service
This is a great service for getting a blood draw for a private test It was easy to book reasonably priced and in my case the phlebotomist came out to my home as I was unable to get to them My phlebotomist was reassuring polite and cheerful She arrived on time and the whole test took just a few minutes In total the whole thing took just half an hour as there is a form to fill in and the sample labels to write up which has to be done by the phlebotomist She even offered to post it for me I would definitely recommend them
