Unfriendly consumer policies

Prices are competitive Customer service is incredibly terrible Know that if you order a lab test you must use it in a certain time period or they will take your money and void the test So keep that it mind There are other companies that have better customer service and more consumer friendly policies search them out before using this service I won t be using them again Look elsewhere for your tests IMHO

My wife and I have been using this service for a few years now It is convenient and simple to understand and use The labs they use should be fairly close to your home I have zero complaints about the service The main reason we use it to exclude a doctor from the process They are for the most part pill pushers and would love to get you on a prescription to relieve your symptoms not cure you Our results have always been spot on What more can I say about it I am so pleased with the service and the services they offer
