From booking to the service I received excellent service throughout The appointment was made to my convenience with the engineer turning up on time and working cleanly and efficiently

I employed Pheonix Heating Specialists to replace my existing gas boiler and other associated components However at my request I required this task was to be carried out in 2 phases the reason for this it would allow me to replace all the radiators in my property before Pheonix Heating would return a few days later to carry out phase 2 Pheonix Heating was very agreeable to this approach The 1st phase was to power flush the existing system to remove all the sediment that had accumulated in the central heating system over the years which is highly recommended before fitting a new boiler This review covers this 1st phase only a further review covers the 2nd phase Dale the Pheonix Heating engineer did an excellent job he was very professional in what he did the equipment that he used was manufactured specifically for this job What became clear over the day was just how much sediment the power flush equipment removed from my existing central heating system Dale also made a point of laying out dust sheets everywhere necessary in my property as he carried out this task when he left my property it was virtually spotless Dale also provided useful advice to me to use for when I came to replace my radiators I ve only submitted this review now as I ve only started to use my central heating system in the last few weeks on a consistent basis I can advise my central heating system is now working far more efficiently and effectively and now meets all my expectations now it s been updated

This review covers phase 2 of the work carried out by Pheonix Heating Specialists at my property this phase covers the replacement of my existing gas central heating boiler and associated components new pump timer 3 port valve etc Phase 1 of this task is covered by a separate review that I ve already submitted The activities required for this phase was to take a day so I was advised by Phoenix Heating Specialists I can confirm all the activities were carried out successfully within the day Pheonix Heating did an excellent job of replacing my gas boiler which was relocated to my garage at my requested this also involved rerouting and installing new pipework in my property which was all done very professionally I ve only submitted this review now as I ve only been using my central heating system consistently over the last few weeks I can advise the updated central heating system now works far more efficiently and effectively now it s been upgraded and meets all my expectations I highly recommend Pheonix Heating Specialists to anyone as they did an excellent job
