The service was excellent and prompt The heating engineer was such a gentleman to my 97 year old Mother He went beyond the call of duty to accommodate her needs and l am forever grateful for the fact the boiler was fitted two days after the order The office staff were also exceptional and supported me getting the job ordered I think the price was good Put it this way my Mother paid 50 more for her old boiler from British Gas 14 years ago

Just used Phoenix for a boiler service and new shower Great service provided Danny s communications are top-notch Matt is punctual polite and helpful Going back to them for two radiators to be changed If you need any work don t hesitate give them a call

I m so glad a company like Phoenix exists I usually hate ringing companies to arrange things but Danny makes it so easy and simple Matt came to disconnect a gas appliance at mine and left everything as he found it if not even tidier Definitely recommend NB I ve also just noticed he fixed my sweeping brush too Nothing too much trouble

If you use this company you will not be disappointed They fitted a new boiler and converted my system to suit Dale the engineer was excellent polite conscientious and professional I was advised at every stage of the Installation and from quotations completion Excellent company to deal with and very reasonably priced Very pleased

Absolutely delighted by this company

Absolutely delighted by this company and their team We had a central heating boiler and all new radiators fitted at our new house We explained what sort of issues were most important to us and gratefully accepted their expert advice The work was arranged ordered fitted cleaned and tested without batting an eyelid Alongside the excellent service and care we had three or four telephone calls of support from the company keeping us updated as to progress and to check satisfaction The installation went really well and professionally Everything they do they do well We have used them previously to install a replacement boiler at short notice in our old house and we were very impressed then We are not connected with this company in any other way but recommend them wholeheartedly

Excellent and happy to recommend

Very prompt service pleasant engineer identified minor leak in one year old boiler and within approx 15 minutes of him leaving my house I received a call from the boiler manufacturer arranging to attend the following day to replace a part Excellent service from both Phoenix and Ideal very good value and reassured that they will remind me when next year s service is due
