We couldn t be more impressed with Rix Gas Services They were outstanding from start to finish We recently used Rix for a full central heating installation as part of our house renovation including the removal and installation of two new bathrooms and we couldn t be happier with the service From start to finish they were absolutely fantastic Danny who manages the bookings was a pleasure to deal with friendly efficient and always making sure things ran smoothly He really cares about customers and worked around our schedule to ensure everything was done on time The whole team was incredibly professional friendly and efficient A special shoutout to Dale who installed our boiler and column radiators his work was top-notch James handled the plumbing and the quality of his work has truly impressed us The attention to detail and professionalism from the entire team have been outstanding What really sets Rix apart is their seamless coordination between their heating and electrical teams With their electricians working alongside their engineers everything was completed without any hassle and communication between the two branches was excellent On top of all this they were incredibly flexible ensuring we could move in as quickly as possible We are so grateful for their hard work and would 100 recommend Rix to anyone looking for top-quality heating plumbing and electrical services Thanks again to the whole team

Turned up on time had all the gear needed new copper pipe upgrade all completed satisfactorily and checked before leaving Supplied them with plenty of tea

Arrived exactly on time Engineer had a friendly professional attitude Did a thorough maintenance on the boiler This was a very good experience from the work being organised at the Rix office to the completion of the exercise
