Please avoid no customer service follow up
I have had several issues with the iPhone 6 i bought for my daughter from this company and their customer service is shocking Firstly the phone was not delivered on time well over a week late after being promised next day delivery This could well be a fault with royal mail so we will give phone exchange the benefit of doubt on this first issue Second issue the front camera on the was not working Cannot contact the company on the phone number listed at the time on the website tried to mobile number that he phoned me on when I put my details on the website when thinking about purchasing the phone how I wish now i trusted my instincts and didn t go through with the purchase again nothing I tried texting and emailing and eventually got a text back from James saying he would email me to sort out the issue I heard nothing Then a couple of weeks later the screen went black and fuzzy and stopped working Again i contacted James and i am still waiting for a reply This last email was sent on the 15th Oct I even issued him with letter to complain about faulty goods as under the consumer rights act 2015 he is in breech of contract I gave him 14 days to rectify the faults and as mentioned I am still waiting I have taken a while to write this review as I was giving this company chance to rectify the issues I have has but to no avail I urge people to carefully reconsider about using this company and as per the previous review I am doubtful about the authenticity of some of the reviews
