Found ourselves in difficulty with regards to a machine fault we had recently installed called Michael in the service department who took time to sort this issue out for us once getting in touch with one of his engineers He got us out of a sticky situation which is unusual these days his quick response and effort was very much appreciated and a breath of fresh air
