I placed an order a week ago and have yet to receive my tracking number While PinkCherry delayed sending me my tracking number they were however very quick to charge my bank account I have attempted to reach them via their contact us forum their email and their phone number None of my attempts of contacting them have been successful and now I am worried they will just not send me my order at all

DO NOT TRUST PINK CHERRY FAKE REVIEWS ONLINE They have many many ads posting fake reviews I Have been ordering items through this site for some time now yes i kept believing it was a one-off bad luck situation i learnt the hard way and i gotta admit one of the WORST customer service departments I ve ever dealt with Unless ordering party favors even then its iffy most of the toys ordered here arrived defective and or quit working within weeks No returns - so good luckYou re probably better off buying lotto tickets with your money

Defective Items

Received defective item that broke after 2 uses which makes it ineligible for return due to sanitary reasons so I tried emailing their customer service email twice and once on their website for any help and all 3 times received no response at all I would not recommend buying from here if they are sending out faulty items and not answering their own customer service email

Worst customer service experience

Really awful customer service They are very rude to even long time customers They refuse to let you speak to a manager Eventually they said the manager reached me and I showed them I never got a response or spoke to one After that i was ignored for weeks I followed up often and was told they refuse to talk to me about my concerns So agents are the managers I guess They don t seem concerned In losing customers or treating them badly Shame on this company for not having better management looking at how your agents handle customers I highly recommend not shopping with them Don t bother reaching out to customer service Some of the worst experience with a customer service team I ve personally ever had

Buy from anywhere but here

Don t order from here Stick to other websites The courier returned my package to sender without my authorization and PinkCherry couldn t tell me why this was They don t put any effort to resolve the situation and they don t even bother to contact the courier to figure out the issue

I wish I could give 0 stars There have been only 2 updates since purchasing on Oct 8 I paid extra money to have my order delivered by Oct 12 and it s now Oct 14 When I inquire on the T-Force website I don t get an answer but an automated message that we have the package in our possession and have not reached the nearest warehouse Seems fishy I ve contacted Pink Cherry customer service but who knows if i ll even get an answer as to where the hell my package is Wish I read the reviews before giving this scam of a company my money Edit They did give me a full refund which I appreciate

Got the delivery fast Immediately on that day also got a phishing email of a scam delivery that s pretending to be delivering something in poor english Had the same name as my shipped product I got from this company Beware that they may be selling your information to scammy third parties BEWARE
