Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing It seems like this company might be a scam My order never arrived and when I reached out to get this resolved I kept receiving cookie-cutter responses which didn t answer my questions or resolve the issue When I pushed harder the customer service agent Lisa was incredibly short with me and condescending Rather than try to figure out the right solution i e make sure I get my items in time for Christmas she just refunded my order So at least I got my money back But this was all a huge waste of time and now I have to go find a new Christmas gift for my spouse

Their prices are fair and they have a large selection but I had a butt plug break when it was inside of me and customer service was horrible about it

My items came fairly quickly and all of my products work fine so far However most of them didn t have tamper seals on the packaging or sufficient closed packaging inside which feels pretty sketchy and unsafe to me especially considering the nature of their products and that they accept returns for defective products Make sure you clean your products with a toy cleaner or soap and water before using them If you re still feeling worried there are other safety measures you can take like using a condom on the toy especially if it s made of porous material But I don t think I should have to be this worried about product safety when purchasing new toys I don t really think risking safety is worth the low price so I don t know if I ll order from them again

Poor Delivery - Updated

Placed an order on the 28 Nov with expedited delivery on the 29th Still no delivery The phone number is a waste of time that hangs up on you after a pre recorded message Use of the website contact form simply results in automated bot responses that are irrelevant to the message sent Very frustrating Furthermore they won t cancel the order stating that it is on a skid awaiting courier pick-up For two days Really I ve updated my score based on the fact that the customer support reached out to me to help resolve my initial issue

Update They are OK

UPDATE The company finally did ship and I received the product The complaint before was really about the very different things I was told about the purchase process the order and the shipping I am still disappointed in their communication with me and would be careful about ordering again but they were NOT comminting fraud but just are not able to communicate competnently in my opinion Others may have no trouble but I did to the degree that it appeared they were intentionally not doing what they said they were going to do or had already done I was getting two opposite emails from 2 differenent people telling me that a refund was processed or that no refund was possible My bank did not reflect any of this so it really looked and felt off The transaction was finally processed days later after they told me it had already been done My bank shows pending on a transaction as soon as a vendor processes it They just weren t processing things after they said it had been and then the multiple statements about what had already been done They seem OK but possibly just not completely competent to communicate The price was good the shipping a bit slow and the communication bad But they don t seem as risky now I think they have committed fraud I am an attorney and have had trials over this very issue with other companies They overcharged me and despite numerous emails telling me they issued a partial refund my bank has never received it Full price all the way Then a string of emails telling me either they have issued the partial refund or that they can t issue a refund and I have to send the item back for the refund I have not even received the item This has gone on for 2 days now false promises followed by no action followed by false promistes

I haven t had any issues with Pink Cherry yet Been buying from them sense 2011 I d give 5 5 if they had a better search engine and was a better organized website They refunded me when I tested my Rabbit toy that caught fire as soon as I turned it on the first time

Fast customer service just do your research first before buying

PinkCherry has a history of not posting negative reviews to their products and selling toys that are not body safe FYI Toys made of TPU PVC rubber etc basically any soft flexible toy not made of silicone are not body safe and can harbor bacteria since the material is porous and melt because of the oils plasticizers used in the material Because of this I was kind of sketched out by their site but decided to take a chance on them I ordered a Luminous Glow In The Dark Dildo from them knowing that it might have imperfections such as marks bubbles in the toy etc but none of this affects the safety of the toy since this toy is mass produced and the company has a history of poor quality control Shipping took about 3 days but keep in mind that I live in a major city When I got it my toy had some visible black streaks on the inside and out I decided to reach out to their customer service and they asked for photos which I obliged They offered me a refund within an hour which I was surprised by since a lot of the reviews here mention fighting with customer support Overall I would suggest only ordering from this site if you ve already done thorough research on the products you re going to buy from them

Update Haven t got my order delivered

I ordered a few items on cyber Monday and choose and paid more for fast shipping It has not arrived yet even though it is past the delivery date I unfortunately enter my email incorrectly since I was in a hurry Therefore I have not received a tracking number or order confirmation When trying to fix the email problem there is no answer from the customer service even though I have written several times They have my phone number so they can reach out Again it is a completely invalid email they have now so it should be expected that they try to reach out in other means Furthermore they already took the money from my account so now I don t know whether my package is on the way or not for something I have paid for Update I received my order so I have updated my experience Overall okay beside lack of customer service and late delivery
