Beware - will take your money and not deliver your order

Beware - I think this is a sham company Took my money no product has been delivered no contact made no queries answered Companies house says the company has been dissolved but it appears to still be trading Very dodgy

NO HELP IF PRODUCT DIDNT ARRIVE

They keep your money even you didnt get the products AND there is no return guarantee - Order 7303 - 20 10-2023Yes - It s been a long time since I ordered and paid for my order I have been a customer for years but now they have new owners And now there is no communication if you contact customer service I wrote several times now They don t help at all - I also tried via Instagram but this didn t work either They shipped the package I got a tracking number but this was rejected at danish customs and sent back to their location After that I heard nothing and therefore contacted Pitputty as I have not received my products I clearly asked for a refund and after maybe 1 week of waiting I get a message that they can send again or if I would like a refund I replied again that I wanted a refund as I didn t want to risk it being sent back again from danish customs Never got a reply back So they kept my money and have the products back in their warehouse Very bad service - Stay away from this new company that keep your money

Lovely scented vegan deodorant made in the UK comes in yummy flavours I have tried Lavender and Lemon Lemongrass and tea tree and my current rose geranium my pits smell pretty and I never sweat whilst using this i melt a small amount in my armpit and gently rub it in It s truly my favourite deodorant ever especially as there is no plastic as it comes in a cute tin It also lasts for months and you can get it in a small tin for travelling

I have been using Pit Putty for a few years now It is the best deodorant I ve ever used way more effective than any of the chemical filled anti-perspirant deodorants that I used to use I ve tried every scent they all smell unreal I ll never go back to my old anti-perspirant sprays again

Great deodorant all natural ingredients and vegan Have been using this for a while now and it s a great product smells amazing and lasts all day There was an issue with the delivery of my order due to the courier which was resolved very quickly so great customer service aswell Highly recommend this company
