I started to build three kits jaguar e-type and all of a sudden one year and a half years ago I stopped receving the parts I have called several times I have sent several emails and I have not yet received my last 6 packages And on top of that they offered me the posibility of returning my money only if I send back the 18 packs that I have received But the problem is that the three models are semi-built up to the 17th pack and they do not accept them like that It is unbeliable and a shame UPDATE Out of 5 packs missing they have just sent only one I am still struggling the get the other 4 packs sent Francisco

For the price paid i expected more quality on the products also i have always subscribed to premium membership and all the time the package gets informed as delivered one day before its arrival making it hard to coordinate if you must work pretentially

There is so much more you could do to improve customer satisfaction I have received 8 shipments 18 1 24 cars in total for the Ferrari F1 collection and the packaging is inconsistent which is a big negative for people trying to build a proper collection 1- Some cars packaging are fully wrapped in plastic great 2- Some cars packaging are not wrapped in plastic disappointing - 3- on 18 cars received I received 1 car damaged however after calling and explaining the situation customer service sent the exact same car as replacement without fees great 4- on 18 cars received 1 box is broken car is ok but for collection purposes this is unacceptable -- I do not have the energy to call and explain again The experience is supposed to be flawless but receiving differently wrapped with protective plastic or not is not matching my expectations for the price paid Receiving damaged cars and or boxes containing the cars is a red flag regarding quality I sent a subscription cancelation via tracked paper mail Improve your consistency in quality please
