Sorry once we have your money we keep it
I signed up for a free account never realizing that the company was going to switch me to a paid account They charged me 84 in November As soon as I saw it on my CC statement I called and asked to have it reversed They basically said sorry buddy -- once you ve paid we keep your money They told me how to cancel so that I don t get charged again A YEAR FROM NOW I m always leary of companies that need to keep every penny they can get their hands on and value dollars over customer service I d steer clear There are MANY other services you can use to schedule posts

I signed up for a trial and canceled immediately since it did not include Facebook I received a cancellation email and they still charged me 847 They will not respond to me about my refund So wrong

Almost IMPOSSIBLE to set up auto- post I ve recently started paying a subscription SOLELY so I can auto post and it is connecting to my personal Facebook page instead of the business page I have NO IDEA how to fix this wasted hours and hours researching looking for a solution but the information is just not there Surely this is the MAIN reason people pay for this is to auto post There needs to be much better guidance on how to make it actually work - they are fobbing the blame over to Facebook

Totally hopeless and a complete scam
I accidentally created an account with a wrong email address and wanted to delete it and recreate a new one When you re about to delete the account they have a pop up asking if you would like to stay for a 50 discount on the yearly I did not see this and thought it was just an approval request to delete the account so I went ahead with it It charged me the 50 straight away without letting me continue the weekly trial I contacted support immediately and they replied after 24 hr very slow I have now not heard from them since the 16th of March today is the 24th when they said they would put me in contact with the billing team I have requested a refund and have not seen one Planoly is a complete scam

I was not aware my free account became a paid account I never used the service so I didn t think anything of it until I got charged 177 When I sent in a refund request and asked for assistance they just sent generated emails about cancelling saying that they do not provide refunds and tell you how to avoid being billed - AFTER YOU ALREADY HAVE BEEN After sending an email directly to their support team I just received a generated email saying they will respond to me of if I fill out a form - which I had already done twice with the same auto response on how to cancel not addressing my issue Such a horrible experience

Unfortunate business practices terrible customer service
I signed up for the free trial expecting it to be 14 days like all other tools out there I never intended to sign up to the paid version as after trying out the app I realised it isn t suited for my current needs So when Planoly charged my card for the full yearly subscribtion only 7 days later I emailed the customer support immediately to let them know of my mistake They only offered that I cancel my account so that I don t get charged 135 again a year from now Basically they don t offer a refund but to try the tool for free they force you into giving away your card number Sorry but not showing leniency is just terrible customer service that just like the 7 days trial is NOT on par with other tools out there Any other app you can recall the subscription a few days after payment when subscribing through Apple I wonder why they need my money so badly when I clearly got so little use out of their app

Was charged 600 AUD for a subscription I haven t accessed for over a year I was given no prior warning no confirmation of payment or anything else I have reached out and explained that I am currently on maternity leave so I didn t have time to see this straight away until I was going through my bank statements a week later I have reached out with nil response This is terrible for another business to do this especially in this time when the cost was over 600 I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT YOU TOOK WITHOUT TELLING ME
