Scam artists - don t use this company

Ordered some boxes got a DPD delivery date - they didn t arrive Why because the sender didn t send anything Emails chat and phone I ll have to check with warehousing and come back to you - nothing heard Refund declined Onwards to Trading Standards and action to reclaim money

Like others say - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Like others wish I d checked reviews first but didn t My order arrived with half being the wrong colour and one being broken Company said they d send a replacement for the broken one and were looking into what happened with the wrong colour items Weeks later I emailed again as I hadn t heard anything or received my replacement They ignored me so I emailed another one or two times over the week I got told I was getting a refund but that never came either They re absolutely shocking Awful service and even worse customer service and just an absolute lack of professionalism What an absolute waste of time and money I ll be taking further action with the matter

Ordered storage boxes from this company some arrived broken so returned tried for months for a refund with continuous email reminders but only told it would be processed and they would let me know I gave them another chance and asked for alternative items for the value and they couldn t do that right Returned these items and again fighting for a refund PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY In fairness I am one of the lucky ones as my delivery has arrived after over 2 months waiting over 250 attempted calls with only 1 ever answered but to be fair the lady I spoke to on that lone occasion she was helpful and apologetic However despite my order arriving 2 of the boxes are smashed to pieces and are now in the bin I have emailed them to complain and asked for either replacements or a reimbursement but I won t hold my breath Absolute horrendous company and I 100 WILL NOT USE AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

No delivery - no response - avoid

Like most recent reviews I recommend you avoid this seller The day after I placed my order I received an email saying my order was complete No tracking number was sent I have never received the item nor have I had any updates despite several emails never responded and phone calls no one ever answered the phone

Horrific company to deal with

I have ordered and paid for an item over 30 Over one week later no sign of delivery no attempt to reply to my emails nobody will answer the phone I am now contacting PayPal and reporting them for fraud and will be informing trading standards and the police I have seen other reviews similar to this unfortunately this company needs to either pull themselves together OR close and stop messing people around

Dishonest

The items they sent weren t as described No-one answers the phone Their chat facility never has anyone there After weeks of false promises via e-mails by which I mean plain lying they finally sent a courier to collect the boxes Since then they have ignored e-mails and I ll be taking action to get a refund I can t understate how much time I ve wasted over this - apart from spending time on e-mails I waited for promised replacements which meant I delayed buying what I needed from another company which messed things up for me as they were urgent Definitely don t trust this company

Ropey company that even del boy would avoid

Seems to be a theme other than their own fake 5 reviews Products arrive poorly packaged so you end up chasing them for replacements to their damaged products Sent 5 emails with loads of we have sent replacements and excuses of not sure how that s happened Suggest buying elsewhere as you end up paying double with the damaged products you have to throw out

Terrible company avoid at all costs as useless

Terrible company doesn t respond to emails and deny knowledge pass the buck to others during calls I placed order mid January and I m still waiting for it today I ve requested a refund via email 3 times now but no one has bothered to reply Very poor customer services and I will never shop there again now taken issue up with credit card company to get my refund
