I have placed 2 orders with the company approx 140 in total The first order arrived promptly but I received a brown bin instead of a silver bin I sent emails but heard nothing back As it was just 2 49 I just let it slide My second order took several weeks to arrive Once again my emails were ignored when I reached out and I could not get through to anyone on the phone When the order did eventually arrive the silver bin didn t have a lid and the white diamond boxes were different colours most were cream and one was white Again I reached out via email and was twice asked to send photos I was told several weeks ago that a replacement bin would be sent Unsurprisingly this has never arrived There was no acknowledgement of the 2 different colours of diamond boxes I recognise that the swing bins i ordered only cost 2 49 but I only ordered a second one as the first one was the wrong colour through their error I would have liked to think that they would provide the correct item second time round Clearly I was wrong

Received goods with one half of 300 litre box lid broken Contacted company whom asked for a picture Picture was sent a week or so ago and no reply

Unfortunately there was some damage to a box and lids I sent photos on the date delivered but had no response at all from plastic storage boxes

Boxes sent on time but sent the wrong colour Customers services weren t helpful Asked if I wouldn t mind keeping the ones they had sent

Very pleased with product delivered quickly but very disappointed in customer services with resolving a issue hard to contact and even hardy to get reply s

Order arrive 2 weeks after order Two boxes broke Email with photos after 4 weeks no reply to any email No one pick the phone Not using the company again

I ve emails them 3 times as dpd have my order but not my parcel from you you have completely ignored my email but you gave taken my money fast enough I won t to know we re my parcel is

Well to be honest only got these because everyone on insta ravs about them however the style is pretty but thats as far as it goes the lids dont lock shut just seem to balance on the top so pointlessDont think ill be doing snother purchase

They don t answer the telephone or messages My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday but wasn t They were then closed all weekend- although they don t answer communication anyway I finally received my order Monday with no apology for delay Product great but Awful customer service
