Disappointing

The clip on one of the lids of the boxes was broken upon unpackaging the boxes I contacted customer services to ask to be sent a replacement clip but I never got a reply Also some of the boxes are deformed from transport and the lids won t clip on them Apart from that the boxes whose lids do click on them are fine for storage

Ordered 60 boxes - half have broken

Ordered 60 boxes Communication was good however the boxes are useless Small ones are okay but all the big ones have split the lids have broken even some just with a single 2-3kg box of the same make stacked on top The plastic mould lines were so rough the lids did not fit initially I had to cut round each one with a knife to make it work Lastly they are horrible to carry you need to wear gloves I work on building sites Use the standard Ikea ones much much better design

Won t buy again

Wrong colour peg basket asked for grey got purple Also 1 laundry basket smashed and it was the inside one so will have been put in there broken as nothing outside of it was Delivery driver delivered to unit 9 when it clearly stated unit 4 on address when called the driver said well it s there now So I had to find where this business unit was and arrange to get my parcel

The delivery and packaging was good but

The delivery and packaging was good but there was bits on the drawers that were broke The wheel on one side was broken so had to be glued

Service was good

Service was good but was charged an extortionate rate for shipping based on me being in the Highlands and Islands region I m in central Edinburgh and have never been charged this shipping rate before by this company Would prevent me from ordering from them again

Good boxes if a little on the flimsy

Good boxes if a little on the flimsy side one of them cracked when I separated them Came with a leaflet saying that I would get a 20 off voucher if I posted a 5 star review on here - this is probably why there are so many 5 star reviews on this site

Wrong colour

This washing-up bowl would have been exactly what I wanted - it fitted into our new kitchen sink perfectly - but they sent the wrong colour despite the accompanying paperwork stating the opposite I would like to have exchanged the bowl but no returns label was provided and the box it was sent in was so large twice the size of the bowl that it was going to cost me far more to post than the bowl had cost in the first place Two emails asking what I should do went unanswered In fairness this was probably due to staff shortages because of the pandemic So competitive price good product but not what I ordered

Zero customer service

Update new boxes have finally turned up which is great Delay in contact caused by servers being down From the amount of reviews that I ve seen where people cannot get a response over long periods of time I m not sure I believe that I just count myself lucky but won t risk any more orders Initial order of boxes arrived but two were broken I was told I would be sent replacements Nothing has arrived with no further contact Tried contacting on numerous occasions by phone email and messenger with no luck Zero customer service Spend your money elsewhere

Next day delivery - more like next week sometime

Made an order on Thursday with next-day delivery confirmed by email for Friday - no delivery on friday - monday morning checked the shipping and the package hasn t even been received by DPD with no communication or update from them - sent an email querying this couple of hours pass no reply - ring company and theyre not sure whats going on - promise to email me with an update receive update at tail end of day saying there was influx of orders - delivery will be in a couple of days UPDATE second delivery date missed - still not sure whats going on UPDATE email first thing this morning saying delivery would be today - received as expected and boxes all look good
