Basically all the reviews I ve read here fall into 2 categories Those that understand the game and love it and those who never bothered to get their heads around the game and hate on it for their own personal failings You can play this game for free but it will take you forever to get anywhere As is life you get out of it what you put into it If you plan on not putting money into the game then I suggest you wait for a new city release so you can find a property to buy for your free sign up money as they get brought up quite quickly which is why people who don t understand this hate on the game To really see any sort of daily fun from the game you really need to amass a collection of properties to make treasure hunting viable too much info to go into detail here How much should you invest Well that depends on the price of properties you want to buy really Obviously Bel-Air properties will set you back a lot more than slum neighbourhood properties but I d say you can easily jump in and really get to grips with the game for around 100 investment especially as a new player able to buy FSA properties aslong as your investment is below 100 A very fun and rewarding game for anyone interested in economics and stats Not so much for FPS fanboys
