Poor customer service- lack of response to problem
I was supposed to receive one each of the sewing packs but 1 was missing and they sent 2 of one of the others I contacted them 3 times about their mistake but received no response I was reluctant to return them as I doubt whether I would have got the refund due to their poor customer response Appalling customer service would not recommend you buy from them

No deliver and yet No refund
I ordered a sewing kit for my grandchildren in July Payment was taken from my account It never arrived I emailed them and eventually they replied saying Apologies for letting you wait so long Checked with the shipping company your 2835 parcel was returned due to address issue Ok then please refund me Many emails later they asked me to be patient whilst they investigated What Please refund me you admitted in your email it hadn t been delivered No reply and it is now the 30 th September Please don t buy from this company Update Even though I ordered and paid in July And asked for a refund as it was not delivered by early September No refund but delivered out of the blue with no prior communications on October 4 th Shocking service

Fun For The Kids
My nephew s birthday party was held at the Columbia MD location and was a ton of fun Going there is also a great opportunity to try the outdoor swingset and basketball hoops that they sell
