A Seller Trusted E-Commerce Site customer service helped me find the email download copy of the Microsoft Software It came to the inbox within 2 minutes or less Unfortunately with hotmail that I am not a big fan of customer service was able to provide me my license and download link through the customer chat Then I was able to pin point the email confirmation they sent it from to find it in chaos hotmail The software was bought at 8 39 am Customer service helped me at 8 41 am and the software is downloaded as of 8 42 am This company rocks and is legitimate I will tell my friends about this company Have a blessed day and year

I ve ordered software before from PlazaSoftware Normally it installs and is licensed quickly This time however for some reason it gave me a scare Saying that has been used multiply times BUT I didn t panic I just reached out to that little support chat on the right hand side And got the help I needed I will admit it did take a lot longer I will be buying again tomorrow We will see if the process goes sooth or if I ll be chatting again with support

Office Install for my new Mac Desktop

Successful Install for my Microsoft Office for my new Mac It took me 3 tries to download but got it done First time Info would not download and 3 tries expired Emailed Plazasoftware and was sent a new License code Tried to download but was told license had already been redeemed Sent message again and was beginning to think I was scammed I was wrong Chris sent a new license code and again apologized I m not very computer savvy but was able to downloadsuccessfully on my own This is definitely a Legitimateand Honest Company Thank you for your help Chris
