It would be better if paying an invoice involved a click box that displayed the invoice and offered and easy-to-pay way to open the account and pay it Less digging for the proper invoice and more direct login capability The best way to improve is to observe laymen using the interface and seeing where they have to shuffle through screens and piles of printouts to achieve simply paying an invoice
