What brilliant service our boiler was making alarming noises on Sunday morning I emailed Plectrumb to ask for an Engineer to visit when available Nick picked up my email and phoned me within five minutes and was with us quarter of an hour later Unbelievable service Nick fixed the problem and the invoice was very reasonable I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Plectrumb
