Personal streaming service for all your pictures music movies and series stored in the cloud or on your local NAS Automatic sorting of all your content adding behind the scenes trailers etc for movies series integration of Tidal HIFI and the new sonic features for music Web interface apps for Shield AndroidTV and PlexAmp for mobile devices are a bliss to use

Powerful and Works well

By looking at other reviews it seems obvious that this app is not for everyone you will need to setup a media server for this to work to it s full potential but its amazing UI and very easy setup with almost flawless integration onto mobile and TV Couldn t reccomend anything better for watching your own media One thing to note Filenames are very important and could cause issues if not named well Kudos to the developers

Plex works beautifully

Plex streams movies songs or T V shows from your home computer to other devices It s like having a bookshelf full of movies digitally Plex automatically grabs movie covers and other details for your music movies or shows Streaming is crystal clear and can stream at 60 FPS no problem depending on your hardware

I ve read many reviews here slating

I ve read many reviews here slating Plex but as a media player to stream your stored movies TV it s an exceptional app I have mine connected to HD HomeRun which then broadcasts UK Freeview TV though Plex to anyone who has access no matter the room or where I am on the planet

Works very well in the UK

Great service received so far No login or subscription required and a good selection of Comedies plus more It seems many people have issues but none have been experienced here Maybe it s different outside of the UK
