I highly recommend not using this

This is the second time I have bought tyres from this company and both times I had a long delay receiving my order The 2nd time took approx 1 month even though the website said the tyres were in stock In fact the 2nd order was cancelled without telling me and when I asked where my tyres were they informed me they had cancelled the order by mistake and would resend them but it may take time I asked for a 10 discount after being messed about and they said no I will never buy from this website again and cannot recommend them as their service is terrible

I highly recommend not using this company Instead of 4 purchased tires they brought 3 Then they were fed with promises Now they are trying to return the amount of the cost of one tire Rave It s 2023 and I don t believe it s possible to be such crooked liars

By the last order the delivery was made on a dangerous way Two tyres pack they have thrown over the gate which os 2 5 meters high We bless God that our son had to change shoes so he came later out

I have made two orders The second arrived on time The first is still not delivered for 2 days

Communication impossible

Ordered the wrong size tyres My mistake However I tried to cancel amend the order within 20 minutes of ordering The contact link on the website is broken Page doesn t load I sent several emails No reply Finally I managed to speak to someone on the phone after several calls After our phonecall there was no follow up of help

Your UX could cause car accident and deaths

1 Your UX could be better There s one moment missed choosing of speed type and load indicator That caused issues for me and could cause car accident in future due to the wrong choice of load indicator Your competitors sites are asking about load and speed types You can also add article or info pop up with explanations for those who aren t aware 2 Hot line number is not answering 3 You give instructions in the email to contact logistic company for cancelation of the delivery Are you sure that this works Logistic company told me that I should negotiate with you and they can t cancel the order 4 Tracking is poor You are not providing enough info on reimbursement Currently I don t know what s going on and when I could get the money back Compensation from your side could be a right step towards becoming better with UX Cheers Stan

Absolutely joke I was buy set of 4 alloy wheels one of them comes damaged try to contact costumer service but them don t know anything is now 4 week still don t have any answer from them avoid this place

Like everyone else terrible

Like everyone else wish I had checked here first Same old story tyres ordered last week and now still in shipping being prepared over a week later No replies to emails no replies to cancelling but yet you can pay to call them and wait on hold This sort of customer service and online businesses should not be allowed Will give it a few more days and raise a dispute with credit card provider etc Now need to find alternative tyres whilst this show unfolds and I await the generic copy and paste pointless reply In summary - AVOID AVOID AVOID
