Absolutely shocking service Ordered 4 tyres on 22 September and 3 weeks later we re still waiting No way to contact them the tracking numbers don t work never answer their phone don t respond to emails or even reply to the WhatsApp messages they tell you to send Over 400 tyres just disappeared without trace along with their customer service staff How do you even get a reimbursement Avoid

tyres marked as trailer use only But still no response direct I have 2 tyres which are of no use to me

Your prices are excellent and the choice of products equally so However you are let down by the speed of delivery It is not how quickly you ship that is important What is important is how quickly and efficiently the van driver does his job For 2 days I have waited for a promised delivery and on both occasions he has failed to show If Chropost is your answer you are asking the wrong questions

Actually received the review to fill in before I even have received the item Ordered 22nd Wednesday Checking courier states The package has not yet been delivered to GLS So even taking into account the weekend there was 3 days to just get the item to the courier and they failed by the looks of it

Terrible fitting experience

Terrible fitting experience I had to book my own appointment with the fitters which was a nightmare as they were rubbish No ratings on the website to let you how much fitting would cost and what the fitter was like Not using again Didn t save any money from using a main dealer but more hassle
