Two Stars for sending me 4 email messages immediately after my order which I haven t even received yet because I just ordered it an hour ago Enough with damn reviews Just do your job You dont get a gold star or a tip for doing your job

I purchased an item 7 days ago and I still have not received a notification that it was shipped I thought I had plenty of time to receive something before April 11th if it was ordered March 31st This is a birthday gift and now I am not sure it will arrive on time This is much longer than most of the other companies I deal with online

Takes a very long time to ship the items Tracking number has been frozen for over a week making me think that they just made a label with no intention to ship the actual product Two weeks later and still no information on when I will receive my shipment

I think the website is a scam I look at the website everything look legit The clothing I order looks really cool however I have received no update on my order which I ordered a week ago I have gotten charged and I have an confirmation number and email It really sucks that I probably got scammed so I m definitely going to talk to some people about this I also tried calling and there is no one that answers the phone Very disappointing

It is the 8th April and i am still waiting for delivery information I am in Australia and purchased a jacket on the 1st of April Reading online reviews i am now worried that i won t receive my jacket

If your thinking of purchasing from polomano be mindful that you may not receive your purchase in a timely fashion But from what I come to understand it s not their fault My purchase experience wasn t ideal but I was refunded the sum of my purchase You may not experience what I did so feel free to order from them if you choose to
