I like the deals on this site

I like the deals on this site However the preorder is a joke I really wanted the zoro I preordered and the rocky apollo I ordered a year ago Instead I just reordered them rocky and I m just hopping I actually receive the zoro I even contacted customer service and they did nothing for me If it wasn t for that issue I would probably use this site more But as it is now I will check for deals But I need to use Another site for preorders

Awful shipping

I love the products you guys have but that shipping was atrocious every one of my pops came in damaged and there wasn t a single piece of bubble wrap or protection throughout the entire box when it arrived Please do better I love looking at the boxes of my Funko pops and it really ruins the fun when they have bent corners or a lot of scratches

paying for return shipping on completely smashed not just slightly damaged box product and getting directed to a link that gives me a shipping label to poland when I live in the US isn t particularly helpful

I m pissed yall cancel my last order The items were in stock A vemon pop and a hello kitty bag I noticed it didnt saybprw order on the venom pop but order now Y all should put low or limited stock when items are about to sell out I was really looking toward that hello kitty bag And pobx never restock loungefly bags At least I never seen it
