Website was very easy to use and check out was quick and simple I would have preferred to check out as a guest instead of setting up an account though

My item was out of stock

There was an issue with my order which meant it was out of stock the system hadn t generated a full refund for me so I spoke with Dan on the live chat and he sorted it out for me within minutes very good customer service
