Preorder Cancelled after waiting 7 months

I m beyond upset about losing my venom comic cover pre order I ordered it BACK IN APRIL and couldn t have been told sooner that it wouldn t be in stock so I could ve ordered the other one Customer service is fine but I am such a huge venom fan and now won t be able to get this pop without paying insane resale values Was so excited to receive it Thanks guys Hopefully the measly 30 discount I used on a figure they actually had in stock brings me a chase

Constantly cancelling orders

You used to be really reliable and i liked shopping with you but lately you ve been cancelling more of my orders than you ve been filling I get that inventory sells out But you need to stop selling more than you have because I m at the point now of questioning whether I ll continue buying from you 30 off coupon is nice but doesn t address that this is a repeated problem

I order from you guys couple month ago you charge me full amount and then you guys cancelled the pops that ni paid for without telling me and thats not good

funko box damaged

Usually great but this time I received the elliott and e t movie moment damaged the box looks like someone palmed the back of the box the damage to the box reduces the collectability of the entire funko character i will continue to buy from here but i m not thrilled that the box was damaged the shipping box and the other funko pops i ordered were not damaged at all

Pop in a Box Customer Service

I could not keep up with the tracking of my orders which only said items had been shipped My earlier items had arrived okay but my last shipment of WW 1984 Cheetah figures arrived damaged and I could not contact you easily about it The other shipments were by private shippers which would make reporting damaged items easier but this was by U S Mail even though a UPS shipment from you also arrived today Why I don t know if I ll use you again I certainly don t like your customer service

Every time I order 2 of the same items

Every time I order 2 of the same items from you I always get just one of them then when I check on the second item I m told you don t have anymore This is the 3rd time this has happened to me How is this possible Then like today I get stuck with paying the same shipping cost for 3 items when I actually ordered wanted 5 which would have reduced the shipping cost per item Really mad this is 3rd time it s happened to me and really considering to not make anymore purchases from you
