Good working relationship

Portugal Getaways put together just the tour I needed for my clients They were easy to work with and usually responded in a timely manner The clients have not yet traveled so I cannot comment on how the actual arrangements went

This is the third trip we have booked with Portugal getaways and it is truly so easy to adjust your vacation to make your stay an individual experience The only thing I would suggest would be to have the airlines baggage allowance included in the upon booking Many carry-on bags designed and used in North America will not meet criteria for European airlines

What a great experience booking a package The rep was very accommodating to help personalize it at we were only able to go for a week Such a wonderful booking experience - would highly recommend Can t wait for the trip

Extremely helpful especially if you already know what you want

Extremely flexible Willing to arrange the trip in any way to suit a person Also very affordable Could give advice and more info on travel up front They will answer any and all questions about aspects of trip but usually you have to ask Unfortunately some questions don t arise until booking is complete They probably have more insights than the traveller during initial planning of the trip

Great customer service

They were easy to deal with very patient answering and actioning my questions and requests If a request cannot be done they explained why and sounded reasonable I m looking forward to my trip to Azores in April

50th anniversary

The young lady that helped us was knowledgeable great communication skills and friendly Someone that was willing to go above and beyond Her ability to speak Portuguese was also refreshing to those with limited English

So Far So Good

Very quickly responded to my email questions Even talked me through the booking process because I was nervous about doing it by myself online Have yet to actually go on the trip we booked but am feeling confident it will be great based on my experience so far with Portugal Getaways
