Buyer beware
ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE THING POSITIVE about my ordering experience Takes twenty minutes to get customer service then you re put on hold again Needed gifts for Mothers day Ordered three weeks prior to find a week before that my order was still being processed Wasn t even in stock No email from the company saying it wouldn t make it in time No phone call no anything 200 00 order for a group of women that won t arrive before Mothers day Do not order from this company Until they hire better management marketing and whom ever they need to make this business run properly go elsewhere and save yourself the headache I cancelled my order and ordered from a different company paying double for express shipping to get gifts before Mothers day Now I wait to see if Positive Promotions refunds my money

They won t make the expected date
They make items for special occasions The problem is you won t get it in time If you check on your order it says preparing to ship and when you get worried about it not making it in time they will send you an email saying they don t have the product in stock anymore So if you want anything for a specific event order a year early or go somewhere else

Terrible experience
We had a terrible experience We placed a company order on 12 2 20 promised to received items in 7-10 business days We the received a call on 12 15 20 to inform us we would received the items on 12 21 20 Checked on the order on 12 18 20 was informed we would receive the order on 1 9 2021 These were employee appreciation items to be presented on 12 23 20 Items were completely paid for up front as required on 12 2 20 We are extremely disappointed

Terrible Customer Service
Call the sales representative that I have worked with on numerous occasions was told that he no longer does our area Gave me another sales representative s email and phone number Called and emailed him several time about and order that we needed a quote never received an email or call Called the original sales representative and he told me there was nothing he could do and to continue to call the person Guess I wasn t important Will never order from this company again

Ordered for EMS They took my money but have not shipped my items The website says in progress Customer service will not answer phone calls emails messenger or any type of communication They have terrible customer service I will never order from this company again

1 star is too much for this company
I wish there was an option for zero stars We ordered Christmas cards for our business but as it didnt arrive today December 15 I called to check on our order to be told it will be shipped next week But its gonna be too late for Christmas The agent Brian I think didnt offer any solution I asked him to cancel the order he said ok He canceled the order told me your order is canceled and your card refunded No thank you no apologies for causing us not not to send cards to our customers nothing I would not order anything from them and wouldn t recommend them So much for positive

Worst ordering experience I have had
Worst ordering experience I have had Ordered 23 days ago and have called multiple times with no luck getting through and have sent 3 emails trying to get an update No response Finally today I got through by calling as soon as they opened and was told the product would not be in until July They choose not to communicate with their customers Very disappointing I cancelled my order so now will have to watch account to make sure I get the money back

Beyond dissapointment
I placed an order a month ago and still have not received it yet No one answers their phone or email inquiries In their website my order shows in progress I understand that they might be affected by the COVID-19 to be able to send timely shipments but ignoring their customers is not a good way to conduct business They were quick to take my money but no rush to answer any of my emails Very disappointing experience

0 star review - bought a bunch of bulk items for nurses week well over 2k shirts scissors water bottles for about a staff of 90- you know because of Covid and recent poor light of nurses in the media our nurses do a lot and don t expect anything from our management team Purchased these items on March 30 went to track the order April 22 and what do you know Yah the orders were cancelled No email no phone call NOTHING to notify me Never again Talk about being in a pinch luckily was able to find a different company with better prices and communicated with me via text at 9pm on a Saturday night I placed two orders with this company was one cancelled and the other doesn t exist Funny cause they sent me the email with an order number- I still have the email

This company has terrible customer
This company has terrible customer service I placed an order in May during nurses week and did not received my order until mid July I emailed and called them several times before some one finally sent the order out When I received the order the several of the bags were coming apart at the seams
