Wow In two words simplicity and efficiency After having spent 2 entire days evaluating complex or allegedly-free solutions I hopefully found this one which requires a few minutes to set up and does exactly what it says without any hassle or annoyances

Much better than e-mail forwarders

I ve tried a few e-mail forwarders because that seemed a quick and easy approach to getting e-mail addresses for a bunch of domains I found some really simple ones that worked and a bunch of more complex and expensive ones that didn t but the simple ones do not offer what I need for a couple of my domains Then I found an article that said e-mail forwarders are not the approach to take which resonated with my experience I found Postale io and was pleasantly surprised by the modest price pleased with the interface for set-up and management and thrilled that it actually worked as expected Even Postale s tech support seems wonderful So glad to have Postale as an option for delivering my e-mail

It s really worth a shot

I ve been using it for a whole month and here are my impressions Emails were always received quickly and delivered promptly Customer support was very helpful and responsive even on the cheapest plan Their admin panel is simple but gets the job done I didn t experience any downtime and they even have a website where you can check service uptime for the last 90 days If you re still in doubt their live demo and 30-day free trial are more than enough to see if the service is right for you

Been searching for an email provider for quite some time looked into and got in contact with literally 18 email provider companies My experience with Postale email support documentation app has been the best Absolutely 5 stars Can t recommend enough Don t even bother trying out other providers

So glad we found Postale Our goal was to break our email hosting away from website hosting and finding a solid and affordable solution took a while We tried a handful of providers and clunky bolt-ons but Postale delivered everything on the checklist Speed deliverability great pricing logical onboarding whitelabeling and good communications presale questions Many thanks to Emma and the team

So far so good

So far so good I moved from Google Workspace to Postale and while you need some conceptual understanding of what needs to be done the FAQs and help docs provided by Postale contain everything necessary to achieve the switch without too much pain and effort

Great choice for existing domain owners

I had absolutely no idea bout Postale io until I came across a page talking about it as an effective way to get a professional domain email going cheaply At 1 mo for two mailboxes with 1GB each this is more than I need as a small time web developer But even if you re a bigger company with more staff you can have up to 50 mailboxes for as little as 10 mo I don t want to sound like a shill but Postale has definitely been a worthwhile investment for me

Good value for moneyClean web interface with intuitive admin section The plans are reasonably priced - useful for small businesses looking to get off the ground quickly with a few email addresses The help section for DNS setup etc is also good enabling non-technical folks to quickly complete the setup

Quick and friendly support

I ve contacted their support twice for minor issues with the webmail and have gotten a quick answer with fixes every time Easy to use and setup service clean and fast webmail interface and cheap prices You can also see their uptime stats on their status page Great service overall Only requests would be to perhaps implement WebDAV calendars and to allow sending emails from aliases
