We are being ignored

Very bad service we read the terms and service and we did not do anything contrary to their service but they rejected us without explanation and we still send them and they did not answer we have to do this and give them a bad rating because they deserve this I hope they answer us or explain why

10 hours of downtime and no ETA

10 hours of downtime and no ETA available is UNACCEPTABLE just stay away it s way too expensive for the crappy service they provide I had monetary loss due to lack of delivery of emails in my company

Save yourself the headache stay far away

Stay away we imported literally CUSTOMERS that placed orders on our site and our account We didn t send anything for a couple weeks and tried logging in again on Friday morning to send another marketing campaign all was well AFTER we sent it they temporarily suspended my account for my own good Our spam rate went to 0 16 the first time we sent a marketing campaign to all subscribed customers We later discovered that we were sending to customers who we hadn t emailed in several years Contact support get it lifted and send the campaign right Wrong They don t have a phone or even a live chat system You have to submit a support ticket and wait for a response Today is Monday and I m still going back and forth with them If I hadn t already invested a huge chunk of time getting this account up and running I would have already given them the finger and bounced The last thing I read from them is them asking for proof that the contacts were opted in we have date time ip address for every contact but that would just be their order information since our opt-in process is only a check box on the checkout page Just save yourself the headache and stay away I never write negative reviews but after wasting multiple days and still not being able to send despite being a paying customer I sincerely just wish to warn future victims

Absolutely stellar service

Absolutely stellar service that does an excellent job of delivering emails from websites to the intended recipient My company provides ongoing website maintenance and hosting for my clients which also includes maintaining email delivery services Postmark always gets the emails to the intended recipients without fail I previously used SendGrid and it was a horrible experience -- many email servers would repeatedly block emails from SendGrid and their support takes a MONTH just to respond to your initial request I definitely recommend Postmark for all your email delivery needs

Excellent service - a little on the pricey side but it s right-priced for it s segment The email preview is a killer feature and the timeline view makes everything clear Well done
