Not very happy with my order

Not very happy with my orderitems were missing and replacement sweets that I had not ordered and she does not like in the box Also suppose to be a free gif box not included was going to be for my daughters birthday but not a good present to give her at all Really dissappointed A long time also for delivery

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish Paid for 8kg of sweets only got 3kg Despite sending several photos showing how badly damaged the box was and several more emails telling them that the sweets were needed for a party It wasn t until the day before the party the offered to replace the box when I sent the other one back By then it was to late as party planners were counting on the sweets and I was not willing to let them down So I am 5kg short of sweets that they won t refund or make up Absolutely disgusting that this should happen I definitely would not buy from them again I recommend people save their money This is a rubbish company with awful customer service

This used to be a good service and product I have used it to keep the distant kids happy during lockdown Not any more The last two deliveries have been hopeless The first involved a maverick RM postman and the last one which I NOW know to be Evri didn t arrive at all They cannot just shrug their shoulders They should inform the customer properly An order is not complete if it has only been processed It needs to show who the carrier will be and not be ashamed of using Evri Hermes In short man up

HOPELESS -tried calling e mailing leaving messages on social media to return goods - no replylets see if you respoind mow - I have cancelled the payment - so you need to do something

Disgraceful The misrepresentation is criminality Their collaboration with Groupon unequivocally advertises a product at three pounds which you pay before realising the actual price is forty-eight pounds to purchase You will find you can t get a refund I can t believe this business practice can operate It is miss-advertising

Placed order on 8th October now on 15th and still not arrived Will not order again from here or recommend to others I have a small business and I manage to get items out same or next day If you want to be slow by all means be slow Just don t expect return custom or positive reviews if youre willing to take so long Takes 2 seconds to pop 1 bag of sweets in the post not the 4 days it s taken you But hey you do you eh I prefer to have my customers happy and knowing I ll go above and beyond for them all have a great rest of the week

Extremely Dissatisfied and Disappointed

First order I have made from your company and so disappointed I ordered 17 100g bags of sweets and only received 11 Of these 11 were only 4 of the bags I ordered I contacted company by email seeing as there is no telephone number I received a reply to ask for photographic evidence which is fair enough and immediately emailed this through Unfortunately I did not get the same immediate response and am still waiting for their reply I can t chase it up by email as apparently if I do my query will go to the back of the queue so I m left in the dark as to what is going on with my order I bought these as a gift for my husband who has been unwell to cheer him up I ordered all his favourites and I was excited to give them to him It was such a let down when I opened the box and I m still waiting to hand over his gift Order Number 911922

Bought Halloween box was supposedly 40 originally including postage paid 23 99 with a Groupon discount voucher What I received was very disappointing low date products and sweets were very poor quality i feel like I have been ripped off would never use this company again

Still don t have my order and sent out with royalmail Was expected on the 23 12 It s now 01 01 9 days later Was ordered as a Christmas gift Wonder if I ll ever receive anything
