Overall my experience with posted sweets the prise is very expensive for what you get the liquorice pick mix is very dry and tasteless bland sorry I have to be honest the classic mix was alot better

Leave some horrible bits of chocolate in the bottom of the bags to weigh them down But the sweets are nice Dont order the fudge they dont taste anything like the flavours advertised at

pick and mix jelly sweets are tasty

The pick and mix jelly sweets are very tasty but the chocolate bag is cheap chocolate and not very nice I m not sure I would buy again for that reason unless you could swap them for something else

All sweets were good until the cola bottles never felt so sick and a burning stomach after eating them

Lots of sweets in box Non were branded as shown in the pictures One of the pop bottles was open and leaked over everything The parcel was left behind the bin outside In the pouring rain so was falling apart when picked up Wouldn t buy again Disappointing

Communication could be better issues with delivery that was sent back I ve written 3 emails to posted sweets only one response Still waiting for issue to be resolved

Delivery was a nightmare

Delivery was a nightmare Took two weeks and not advertised 3-5 working days I contacted customer service and they responded quickly but sadly passed buck to couriers They first told me was Evri but then that it was Parcelforce Aggressive responses defending Posted Sweets accepted no responsibility for delivery issues even though they chose couriers to use They did agree to a refund but next day sweets arrived I gave three stars because the sweets were very good so no problem with the products just the business model in using a poor delivery service During the delay I ordered from another provider and received the sweets before those from Posted Sweets arrived Delivered by Parcel Force as well
