il me manque un porter format 20x30

It s been more than two weeks since I placed my order Still haven t received the order The delivery company is just horrible It s the second time this happens with the posters that I order And I live in Paris

There is no return policy I have mistakenly order wrong size

Still waiting for my order after 3 weeks I bought something once before and also problems with delivery Never again

I placed an order at the end of August and never received it I have been emailing a customer service representative over the past month and I ve been told a few times that my order has been put through I then get a confirmation email but the product never ships out I received the last order confirmation 10 days ago and still nothing I was really looking forward to my items and had a plan for a gallery wall but this is a huge disappointment I d like a full refund

Really disappointed Despite repeated efforts to contact regarding a broken frame I am still awaiting response Frame is broken

I ordered 7 prints for a gallery wall and most came with white borders of differing sizes which did not work for my frames and mats and arrived late without explanation I requested an exchange or return to purchase the larger sizes and requested to either pay receive a refund for the prints upon return and purchase the larger prints with the same discount that I had for the original purchase OR pay the difference between the smaller prints I originally purchased and the larger prints I need Customer service was terrible and blamed me for not reading the description Either have the same sized borders don t have them at all or have them on all prints Unless you specifically compare border sizes you don t realize they are all different and customer service refused to budge Quality was decent but the prints were wrapped so tight that the one on the very inside had a crease in it Save your money and go elsewhere because the happiness guarantee on their site means absolutely nothing The fact that you can t find me in your system when my name and email here are the same I used to make the purchase on your site is worrisome i had already contacted support which is why I left the review here Your support was unwilling to assist

Order a lovely print along with a frame Received an email 5 days later informing me the print is now out of stock BUT they were happy to tell me that the frame would be delivered empty There is no contact phone number so I had to write an email telling them the frame was of no use to me without the print 4 days later I received a response I was told to send it back and I have to pay the shipping fee Terrible customer experience- the print was available for me to purchase and took my money but then I received nothing And now out of pocket to ship an empty frame back Would not recommend due to poor customer experience Can t comment on print as I never received one

Ordered a print and frame but the print was out of stock and they sent the frame empty No phone number to contact so I emailed and was told to return the frame at my own expense Terrible customer service and I never received the print I paid for Would not recommend
