Antiquated delivery serviceYour company is not able to link a parcel with the original item bought ie out of 10 orders I put on different websites that day I had no clue that this parcel from sweden was linked to a poster of a lion it took me 30 minutes to figure out after checking 20-30 emails and guessing it was from your company Seriously

I received my frames in a bad condition The plastic acrylic had cracks and some chipped

Pictures look nice but this is just normal paper I could also print that at home

The color of the poster is not as good as what is shown on the website However i am happy with the quality of the frame that I bought together

I expected better quality but once on the wall the pictures are nice

I received a confirmation shipment email and it stated both of the posters I ordered would be in the shipment When order was delivered only one poster was there I emailed customer services explaining the issue After a few days they responded back with giving a refund In the meantime I made another order of 2 different posters Again confirmation email stated both posters would be in delivery However again only one poster was with it I have emailed customer service twice so far about the second order At this point I still haven t received any update on the missing poster from my second order I just want what I paid for The first order they did refund I m guessing the missing picture They didn t specify because I also stated I wanted to return the picture they did arrive in the first order I replied asking how I can return Still no answer The posters as actually very beautiful and great quality but not knowing if you will get what you order not hearing back from customer service in a timely manner or at all is not worth it Sadly I wouldn t buy from this store again because of those reasons

The print quality is subpar to competitors but in saying that this brand is much cheaper than competitors The smaller prints looked cheap and washed out The larger prints are ok however the paper was too thin and the colours muted The order preparation and delivery took 2weeks in total which I found to be very long Over all ok for some cheap prints to put up but if you re looking for something of quality I d give it a miss
