I m appalled by the service from this company This is the second time they will be using a delivery service who would not deliver items as they should They take very large boxes to a Post office with no parking access or lift and would not redeliver even when you ve booked online They also only attempt to deliver once as against the terms of three attempted deliveries My business cannot afford to continue to purchase wholesale items from a company that will not use a reliable delivery service Once could have been overlooked and this is the second time I will not be purchasing items from this company anymore

Rubbish company Delivery slow no communication and half of the stock missing Takes your money then you have to wait 6 Days for Delivery Emails and phone calls never answered Won t be ordering from this company again Utter crap

after using pound wholesale for a few years to buy spraypaint orders of up to 70 cans at a time i now find that i cannot order anymore spray paint unless i spend 250 00 ex vat i am highly disappointed at this as i am willing to pay the postage on the smaller order why have they made spraypaint a pallet order is beyond me i would like a reply to this question from pound wholesale

Ordered on the 12th Feb Delivered 27thI had to chase the company a number of times via email even put 2 tickets in and nobody contact myself until 26th when was told items was out of stock but it is in now Also fragile tape was advertised as pack of 6 which has now been removed from web site So did not get what we ordered

I ordered some extra strong epoxy after taking over 5 days to pick this i was told they only had half the order one pkt of 24 instead of two They canceled and refunded one pkt not yet received probably wait 5 days then do it Due to the postage cost this as now cost me more than i was paying for it before and was only cost effective when buying 2 packs I would have expected the second pkt to be sent on once back in stock The stock system needs to be looked at as the next order would have been for more

What is the reason behind familiarity of pound plus wholesale I would tell you today they ask each customer to give them reviews and that is why they have such high ratings I have very bad experience with pound plus because they did accept your products back and if they would accept it they will pay you 50 percent money back on your return items And secondly they have Very high prices as compared to market you can find same product at some where else with cheap price And sometimes when you place order they would delay it too much I had remembered once I had place an order and the delay it almost for 20 days although they show the product on their available status on website but when I placed order it was delayed too much bcz they product were actually not available That is why I would not recommend pound wholesale

I would of put 0 stars if it was an option I have been waiting for my order for over a month now and still have not received it I have paid a delivery charge twice and still have not received my order I call everyday and it s always the same thing they tell me they will look into it and then put the blame on the delivery service Parcel force They have apparently sent my order out on number plus occasions after my parcel being returned to them At this point I just believe this company is a scam If you haven t already been scammed by this company then do yourself a favour and avoid them

Trying to reset my password for days keeps telling me too many people trying to reset their password I have now give up

EDITED after receiving a reply To me the reply in itself is not pleasant surely it would be better to just say we are very sorry you feel like this and will look at our policies instead of pointing out the error of MY ways on multiple occasions I could answer all your points but won t as you clearly would prefer to blame me your customer than take any responsibility Terrible attitude from staff when trying to sort out a problem Issue caused by myself not reading information as soon as I realised I made contact but literally from the start each person I dealt with was passive aggressive in their responses to me I have no idea why they couldn t work with me to solve the issue but they didn t Took over 186 off my refund as restock fee it was 4 boxes I emailed on 4 occasions to check progress of said refund Looking at other reviews it seems as long as you don t have a problem they are a great company to deal with if like me you needed some help etc they are pretty poor I will jot use them again for this reason and would not recommend

Terrible experience Delayed deliveries and completely unreliable service They sent the wrong item refused to accept the return and their customer service was extremely rude They also charged a high restocking fee and took ages to process my refund even though they wrongly claimed it was refunded I would not recommend them to anyone looking for quality products or dependable service
