Very very long delivery time but nicely packed

Despite their website showing products are available to buy you may find that when you go ahead and place an order that order doesn t arrive and they subsequently tell you in my case after 24 days that they are unable to supply due to not having any stock available A full refund was given after keeping my money for 24 days but this company could really do with installing some appropriate software linking their supplies in their warehouse directly to their live website I would guess they are doing this manually and it s not working They were however cordial and polite they just need to update their software quite urgently I have subsequently investigated four other wholesalers all of whom do not have any presence on Trustpilot despite trading for many years in some cases decades and one case over a century This would indicate they are trading efficiently and professionally and I will trade with these other companies going forward only coming back to Pound Wholesale if their rating significantly improves on Trustpilot

They got the order wrong and they take too long to deliver And then too long

Product supplied was different form the image on website I would proceed with caution before purchasing On receipt of order there response was the design had changed and they were in process of updating website however this should have been done immediately rather than misleading customers

Have Some Great items and at first glance seam really cheap Then you get to the checkout and delivery VAT nearly doubles your bill Shame as some great items

Delivery was delayed We lost 2 customers as they became upset that we said that delivery will be as latest on Monday due to received e-mail stating that order will be with me within 24-72 hours Contacted the warehouse and been accused of not picking the phone that was a result of delay however there was no call received on alleged time They argued a lot making me responsible They said that if order was cancelled I would be charged Delivery arrived the next day however impression was that it was kept outside because all the boxes at the bottom of the pallet were wet and falling apart In favour I can say that stuff is decent However being in the customer orientated business the service was afful I never argue with my customers as customer is right and would not lose them over some pennies as in a log run I would lose more More over that I never hear accrual apology but only guilt shifting and excuses

They are clearly lying about some products when they will restock them I have been waiting for a product for over 2 months now kept asking them about it but not anymore Enough is enough I am ordering from somewhere else Other than that they are using the worst company for delivery Parcelforce My first order with them was catastrophically late

A very inconvenient website so a lot of time is wasted The account is blocked for unknown reasons after which the desire to return to this website disappears The site is not convenient to use some message windows constantly pop up the wish list cannot be cleared

Great cheap products BUT I ve been waiting a month for some type of product as each time I purchase a bundle they run out of stock each time very long waiting times for me unfortunately and the shipping costs are very high for where it is to me 39 mins away
