POWERPAY is a fraud And they can practice legally in Switzerland Be careful when you purchase from a company that bill through POWERPAY as they add you tons of unjustified fees As they know they are untouchable they treat you like dirt and if you do not pay the fees accumulate On top of that the staff is rude and condescending as they know they can abuse you legally

My bill with a due date of February 28 arrived March 10 and a couple of days later I got my collection call I have excellent credit and I pay my bills on time But I have not received a bill before the due date yet And this current bill does not seem to have given me credit for my last payment I suspect they re negative reviews I will find justified Sherry

Dishonest company be careful
My bill with a due date of May 24 2022 arrived June 4 and a couple of days later I got my collection call I have excellent credit and I pay my bills on time But I have not received a bill before I confused my account bank and made payment for total amount and continue call me every single time Don t used this company never People there are degusting and disrespectful Poor customer service ever see in my life

Just hung up with a rude representative
After fully paying their invoice they sent other additional invoices claiming that since I didn t made the payment online I had to pay extra fees Too bad this wasn t mentioned in the receipt or anywhere else terrible service terrible

After fully paying the invoice having it at that time plus some additional fees They keep sending me additional billsHow is possible to pay extra 2 Mahnungen on a bill which is already payed since long time The initial bill is 14 05 CHF And they want me to pay 45 CHF reminders Even thought by phone is impossible to communicate awful

Terrible terrible terrible My daughter that has an hadicap she bought a small phone case for 10 chf Now they are making her paying 400 chf for no reason Taking advantage of young people who they can fool easily I mean how can they even charge late fees such as 200 chf Never fell for this company us a trap

The site said rates starting at 2 99 scroll down it said rates starting at 4 99 so I called to find out what the rates were first person said rates start at 6 99 they then transferred me to the next person that said rates start at 8 99 Scam
