Never again It took a month to get the contacts and they re the completely wrong ones I ordered dark green and recieved a golden cosplay type My eyes are dark brown I emailed them and will be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau

I ordered blue contacts the 1st time and got yellow Then I ordered 3 pairs of different blues and after almost a month I got 3 pairs of contacts and NONE was blue They want to send another voucher instead of just sending me what I ordered so I won t be buying from here again

Ppluto is a huge scam I ordered contacts from them and they said my contacts were delivered but I never got them and I used the tracking and it says my order was deliver to a different country but they refuse to investigate why it was there and not with me They stole my money and now will not get back to me to help with the situation they made No one should EVER order from this lying website They are cons and theives

Received the wrong order couldn t wear any of the contacts they did send when I emailed customer service they offered me a 15 discount voucher instead of sending me what I actually ordered Terrible company and customer service - don t waste your time I wish I read the reviews before ordering
