Do not waste your money

I enjoyed the free trial And paid 49 for the yearly subscription From the get-go I had problems opening the application Once they fixed it I still could not use the Bedtime Stories And then I couldn t get into anything Totally frustrating And of course they directed me to Google--- and I did not order the app through Google I have contacted them three times to get my money back and all they do is make me an offer for a discount yearly subscription I am still hassling and trying to find a way to get my money back for something that doesn t even work My advice is don t buy it

Unethical business

This is a scam and an unethical business Communication about the expiration of the free 30 day trial was sent to my google email account that is not my primary account for communicating Because of this I wasn t aware that trial had ended When I reach out to request a refund because I got an alert that something had been charged to my credit card they refused to credit my account How could I cancel the free trail before it ended if I didn t know the time was up I contacted them immediately when I received the alert and cancelled the account I requested a refund yet they were not flexible or understanding and refused to refund the cost for the yearly access Because they won t refund the charge I am paying for something I am not using or have access to BEWARE It is unGodly to fly under the name of the Lord and treat people this way

I didn t realize it was a free trial with subscription I was charged 83 a year and now it is impossible to cancel and get a refund They emailed me to teach me how to cancel the subscription but it doesn t work Disappointed I trust they will do the honorable thing and help me get a refund

I m unable to login on the website No response to let me login The website has no info To contact customer support I tried to download the app from google play a box popped up saying Payment Successful I didn t do anything or try to buy something I paid 49 99 for nothing Is this a scam or what

I took out what Pray com dubbed a free trial It of course billed my cc I have sent to this point over 5 emails inside the trial period indicating I do not wish to have a subscription from them they return those emails with a site that takes you to a robotisized response that you guessed it says we ll get back to you What a run around Still chasing them around for my money Until they change their policies and allow you to communicate with someone who can actually refund your money PRIOR to the free trial do not sign up for it this of course coupled with the fact that they are a Christian App You should be beyond the percieved reproach that you ve demonstrated so far with me and Obviously many others Shame on you

I used to Love this APP until they started with 3 commercials during the bible of the year which completely defeats the purpose of 1-2-1 with God They commercialized a very good thing and i am no longer paying for the annual renewal and coming back

Last year I signed up for trial and I was accidentally charged 59 for premium subscription so they said They offered me a discounted price I told them I didn t want it at any price they finally refunded Today a year later I was charged another 59 No phone no live chat said I was authorized to make donations Are you kidding Be ware pray com

Questionable website

Oh no I m experiencing what all the reviews are saying Can t even get customer service except to be passed on to Apple whom I trusted for years they always help But they concluded that this charge was only done thru this definitely questionable website
