I received paperwork from Preaction regarding an agreement with EDF Energy and I have to be honest from the first time I spoke with Amanda she was very professional calm and approachable in terms of her mannerism and very sensible in terms of listening to both sides of the claim I am very pleased to advise that a resolution was found My advice to anyone that receives a letter is stay calm check the fine details in terms of the facts in preparing a defense and most important keep a copy of all your paperwork in communication from the supplier and the third party agent Whilst I hope that I do not receive a letter again it was always a pleasure to communicate and liase with Amanda Thank you

BEFORE anything chat to these people With months of worrying a simple call to discuss options and the figure agreed was less than I proposed They DO listen They are not a con they are legitimate in finding solutions to prevent legal action After months of worrying a simple 5 minute phone call stopped all of the worry and a significant reduction in cost was arranged I spoke to Emma and she was so helpful and understanding Nobody likes being asked money and it can be scary but a chat is worth the time

I would just like to say over the past
I would just like to say over the past couple of months Matthew s customer service has been brilliant he has always been on hand if I needed any help with anything been very understanding and tried his best to help me when I was in a bad situation I think I would still be struggling to pay my debt off of it wasn t for him going back and forth trying to help Thank you for your time and patience it has been very much appreciated
