Didier gave a very professional service from the very start of my initial enquiry right through to my wedding day The car we ordered was beautiful and completely over and above my expectations and can t wait to see the photos 100 recommended Premier Carriage

Very happy with all the service

Very happy with all the service received from the initial booking to the final good bye to the chauffeur Car arrived in advance of when needed I was then able to relax a bit Car beautifully decorated with orange ribbons as requested I was even given an option for the ribbon colour in advance In conclusion I couldn t find fault with anything and it just added to the great day of my Daughters wedding

Excellent service I was constantly emailing and phoning nothing was too much they were extremely helpful with everything made sure I was completely satisfied before handing over to drivers Drivers were courteous and professional again nothing was too much trouble I would definitely recommend Premier Carriage Wedding Cars Thank you for service

I just wanted to say thank you Premier Carriage for helping arrange my wedding transport you were so kind and helpful from my initial phone call to arranging the viewing of the car and for the easy to understand itinerary you set out for my day Your website is beautiful and easy to navigate and the car - well absolutely outstanding considering it was 85 years old it was immaculate and the driver Gerry could not have been more kind to me and my dad I am so glad I came across your website the service you provided from start to end was truly 5 star and your name does you justice it truly was Premier Thank you so much I can thoroughly recommend you Best wishes Elly and Rob

Poor service from vehicle owner driver but followed up by PC

Edit Premier Carriages did follow up and manage to refund some of the cost You would think forking out hundreds of pounds for a vehicle for an hour on your wedding day would give you some assurance that it would go smoothly Not at all Vehicle owner contacted me on the morning of the Wedding to say that the driver had cancelled and the car wasn t coming After some very stressful back and forth managed to arrange a new driver New driver didn t have contact details for the bridal party so it was a nightmare for them meeting up Car didn t have the ribbons and flowers promised as advertised Hugely disappointing Premier carriages seem to devolve all responsibility as soon as you make a booking and aren t contactable which makes me question what the point of this company actually is

Simon arrived early so we got some photos before we left the house He was friendly smart and the car was in very good condition Everything asked about the car was explained He allowed the bride to have photos once we got to the venue It was a lovely surprise for my wedding day Thank you Simon from Chris and Vanessa

The staff have always been most polite and helpful The wedding cars hired for the day were excellent and the drivers were professional and courteous Apart from some minor booking detail blips all went very well Thankyou
