Poor service from vehicle owner driver but followed up by PC
Edit Premier Carriages did follow up and manage to refund some of the cost You would think forking out hundreds of pounds for a vehicle for an hour on your wedding day would give you some assurance that it would go smoothly Not at all Vehicle owner contacted me on the morning of the Wedding to say that the driver had cancelled and the car wasn t coming After some very stressful back and forth managed to arrange a new driver New driver didn t have contact details for the bridal party so it was a nightmare for them meeting up Car didn t have the ribbons and flowers promised as advertised Hugely disappointing Premier carriages seem to devolve all responsibility as soon as you make a booking and aren t contactable which makes me question what the point of this company actually is
