From initial survey through to completion Paul and his crew were professional courteous polite and a pleasure to deal with The team had a difficult job due to a failed previous resin drive laid by a different company but I was given a very detailed brief by Paul on the process they would undertake to make good I can confirm that the drive is now complete and is immaculate

From the day Carl arrived to show us some samples of coloured resin and to measure the area to Paul arriving to discuss the step by step process and the contract to Carl returning with his team to carry out each and every step of the dig out edging stones tarmac layer and finally the resin the whole process was 5 or better The entire team are cheerful polite knowledgeable turn up on time deliver on time and explain what happens next There are a lot of companies who could learn an awful lot about customer service customer satisfaction and hard work from these people Premier resin drives deserve their 5 rating possibly even a 6 rating they really are the very best in every aspect of their work and we couldn t be happier with our new look resin front garden Thank you

Premier Resin Drives recently laid patio and drive From the outset there was good consultation in the work to be carried out and timing of the works to meet our needs Preparation work and laying of the resin was carried out to the highest standard and provision by a hard working team of pleasant young men We are very pleased indeed with the final finish of both the patio and drive which are available for inspection should anyone wish to see them We would certainly recommend Premier Resin Drives to others for both the excellent customer service and workmanship

Upgrade of Drive Backyard and Paths

The work required was to upgrade the drive backyard and paths after consultation with Paul of Premier Resin Drive a plan was agreed and was to be carried out at an agreed date The work was carried out by the best team of workers I ve come across in many years of teaching and assessing C G courses The team leader Dylan made sure that the preparation work was precise and as agreed The team of Taylor Scot and P J were excellent hard workers who worked with grit through the very hot weather we had to make sure the project was completed on time and to a very high degree of satisfaction of my wife and myself We couldn t be more satisfied with the result Thank you gang and keep up the work Well done to you all

Couldn t fault the service and Paul kept me informed at all stages The work was carried out and finished exactly as discussed during the first meeting The three guys who came to do the work were so good They just got on with the job were polite and explained everything before during and when they had finished I would highly recommend them based on my experience
