First thing first DAN is the man I first came across Prestige Cars on Instagram they have a wide range of cars to choose from with all the details of the vehicle attached to the advertisement which is really handy I saw the car I wanted messaged the whatsapp link and was passed through to dan I told him exactly what I wanted it and he gave me that plus more down to his customer service communication his knowledge always being contactable even outside office hours he was able to answer any questions I had as well as kept me updated accordingly which all added to the experience Dan was able to source my car in a week which is amazing due to the car and added features I requested 23 03 024 I collected my car signed all my paperwork which was extremely smooth and left a happy customer Would 10000 recommend anyone to Prestige Cars Morgan

Thanks so much to Nick and his team at Lakeside I had a bad experience with an another garage I was recommended to Prestige by my Insurance provider and what a saving Not only that they are polite and friendly I even got the car collected free Use them and you won t be disappointed These guys are fantastic They are honest reliable and look out for you They have always been up front Would highly recommend them to anyone My journey with them was superb They have taken care of my insurance from the beginning One thing that separates them from the other is their knowledge about the bmw engineering and they are too good Guys like them are not easy to find and i have found out my preferred garage from now onward Prasanna

I can t fault Prestige Cars Official in the slightest What an amazing company I enquired about a vehicle from them under two weeks ago and it s arriving tomorrow This company does not get the recognition they deserve Lauren has been such a godsend so helpful and polite The whole process was conducted over WhatsApp which was absolutely ideal for me and Lauren made sure that everything was handled for me from the finance to the delivery of the vehicle I will not stop recommending this company to anyone who s looking to purchase or upgrade their vehicle and I can say for a fact that I will never be using a different company other than Prestige Cars Official Such an easy experience and amazing people

Excellent service from start to finish James in particular couldn t have been more attentive and helpful He delivered excellent customer service and made the whole experience easy He was honest reliable and communicative right until I drove my new Punto away In addition Josh was also very helpful He was quick to reply to messages and productive in finding the right car for us Thank you both
