The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful We were interested in multiple cars and Mohammed was incredibly patient with us as we inspected and test drove each one He was very honest and open about each cars history and current performance He very carefully listened to and addressed any and all concerns we had pertaining to each vehicle All of the paperwork was relatively smooth except when we needed to head to the post office to pay the road tax where we encountered some issues however we notified Mohammed of this issue and we were able to get the car delivered free of charge the next day Raja was the one who delivered our vehicle and he informed me when he left Prestigio with an ETA to our location he was perfectly on time and extremely courteous as well Before we visited Prestigio we visited alternative dealerships lots and did not have very good experiences Most other places we visited would belittle our concerns and brush over our questions It is abundantly clear that Presitigio will go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied and have a smooth process when searching for and purchasing a vehicle We could not be more pleased with our experience at Prestigio
