The shop and food are ok albeit a bit

The shop and food are ok albeit a bit expensive The pret club to get a discount cost 30 a month you need to eat there everyday to make break even And deleteing your account seems to be a concept Pret is not willing to abid to I thought there were laws for that The support is instructing me to go to places that does not exists Deleting an account should NOT be complicated

Sandwiches great coffee terrible

Sandwiches are really nice Coffee is absolutely terrible Three times I tried cappuccino and it just tastes of froth and not warm temperature either Please improve the coffee as I love the sandwiches etc Connolly station I pass through every Monday at least

A badly tasting old favorite

Unfortunately my favorite EAT s chicken pot pie soup has now been altered by Pret to the point of being unrecognizable Different taste I do not like the new taste the puff pastry has been gone a long time now and the size of the pot is very small now After years of buying this soup - I will not be buying again I hesitated between 2 and 3 stars but decided to be generous

Good food bad attitude

Food I find is always good in Pr t but in the Kensington branch the loo wasn t working and the staff were uninterested Also the guy with a cloth in his hand coming out to clean the tables scowled when I asked him to wipe the table I was sitting at first

TERRIBLY LOUD MUSIC

TERRIBLY LOUD MUSICI generally like the services at almost all the Pret branches I have to in London But there s one consistent annoying feature at all of them that I really hope can be addressed why does the music have to be so loud And it s often not pleasant music either I just want to sit and read a book but the loud and banging music is really nerve-wrecking Please consider lowering the volume and or changing the genre to something more neutral if possible

Students Common Room

Went into Norwich Pret today upstairs full of students taking up tables some with just a coffee eating their own food out of Tupperware containers using your cutlery serviettes salt and pepper Some just using wifi occupying tables on their own with their lap top no purchase in sight whilst I was there Suggest you get this sorted as you will lose customers soon

Too much plastic - where is their sustainability team

Pret used to be my go-to and I love their social support model but they have not kept up with the times They STILL have plastic lids on their coffee cups and plastic spoons not even compostable My local cafe has now switched to cardboard coffee lids which work perfectly so there is absolutely no reason to be using plastic At the same time as not innovating at all they have ramped up prices - a flat white at 3 50 that s not even hand-poured is ridiculous At that price I will just support the local boutique cafes who are taking proper steps to support the environment

Poor tasting coffee

Poor tasting coffee Bought my first latte at Pret today I m a frequent customer often purchasing my lunch chicken salad or soup But the coffee beans were so incredibly bitter Left a burnt after taste Really should consider improving that would also be nice to see gluten free offerings for sandwiches

Pr t soups are good but the coffee is awful The St Pancras Eurostar Pret a Manger after Eurostar security is bedlam There has to be a better way to organize the queues

I like the variety of drinks and food

I like the variety of drinks and food but Pret a manger in Bath which I go more it s not clean the toilet doesn t have hand wash and it s not clean at all In general Pret a manger is okay but why is it not better
