I took out the subscription in January and have not regretted it Perfect for a before-work coffee and after work hot choc I love the sizes not being huge This drink sub is a great idea

I go to Harrow pret most days just for coffee they are busy a lot of the time however Vida the manager is a always friendly The guys who work there are always patient even when the queue stretches to the door Cannot speak highly enough of Pret Harrow

Pret A Manger in Chester is such a lovely and relaxing place with amazing staff I regularly visit whenever I am in Chester shopping and it is always the highlight of the day I love their tuna baguettes and this time of year the Christmas sandwiches both of which are tasty and well made Today I experienced an exceptional level of customer service which reflects the friendly nature of the staff I was in the queue waiting to be served when I felt as though I had been overlooked by a female member of staff I was annoyed by this and it was clearly obvious from my expression I was served by another member of staff and I sat down still slightly irritated by what had happened After a short time the member of staff who I felt had overlooked me approached She apologised and said that she hadn t meant to upset me and it had not been done intentionally She then presented me with two bars of chocolate as a way of an apology What a lovely gesture and a big thank you to the member of staff concerned who really went out of her way to ensure I left the shop a happy customer Well Done Pret A Manger in Chester truly amazing

The staff are really friendly and caring whilst it s not the cheapest it s clean and the food is good

At Manchester airport T1 now Your employees young guys Teodor and Sikib think sorry are a credit to you It is just busy busy busy and they are calm and polite and friendly and helpful and the Q never ends An excellent customer experience Thank you

Served by a super helpful staff member not sure if 19851 movino F at top of receipt is him Cardiff central pr t today There were no salads so he took time to advise on new sandwich range and even gave me one on the house as I d been waiting s while for the salads He was do cheery too made my day
