Basingstoke Excellent Service great chai

Wow what an experience after a really poor experience at a rival chain recently we decided to try pret having never been before I m so glad I did as I m now converted Being unable to drink a normal sized drink due to surgery when I asked for the smallest cup size I was advised they only do 1 size Explained my reasons and they were more than happy to accommodate using the flat white cup which is a lot smaller When I came to pay they only charged me for my husbands drink and the snacks Wow so lovely The manager Aman was so lovely and genuine and definitely customer focused We will definitely be back Thank you

Just witnessed the most beautiful thing Who said the youth of today have no respect I was having lunch in Pret Bournemouth today and a war veteran came in on his mobility scooter for a coffee one of the young staff members Jaycob without any thought or hesitation came of his till assisted him to his table and brought his coffee over It was just so sweet to see A real credit to his parents and to Pret

Best customer service in Nottingham Nicky

Just popped into Pret in Nottingham a high street coffee shop that has always been my favourite place to go Today they went over and beyond when my payment card didn t work as i couldn t remember the pin Nicky and Ben were absolutely lovely about it and allowed me a filter coffee on the house Nicky has exceptional customer service skills i watched her interacting with the customers so full of smiles and good energy She epitomises the best that you can expect from customer service on a very dreary saturday afternoon keep being amazing Nicky you re a real gift to Nottingham

I hadn t been to Pret at Churchill

I hadn t been to Pret at Churchill Square Brighton for quite a while and his morning I was pleasantly surprised with my visit There is a lovely Manager there now who actually smiles at her customers and makes us feel welcome This has not been the case with previous Managers What a big positive difference it makes to those of us who notice Thank you so much for the warm welcome
